My wife and a friend went here for breakfast. The food was not bad but overpriced. The service, however, was just about the worst we have ever experienced (along with Commander's Palace, another Brennan restaurant). We found the staff to be arrogant, smart assed, and simply unwilling to do their jobs without first getting yelled at. An example is that 15 minutes after they had sat us and given us water and butter we were still waiting for something to use the butter on. When we, finally, were able to catch the attention of a bus boy (the entire staff abandoned the room for over 15 minutes) and asked him what the butter was for he said 'bread' and then just stood there. I then had to ask when it was going to appear to which he replied; 'soon'. I then pointed out to him that the service was sucking, etc. and we would appreciate the bread now. We then began to get some service. Another couple across from us, who was there before we arrived didn't get their bread until after we had actually ordered and been served breakfast. Given the prices that they charge (or overcharge) this is intolerable. I will NEVER go to another Brennan restaurant as I feel they have perfected the art of customer abuse and there are LOTS of really good restaurants, with great service, in the New Orleans area.
